This is the key. Apply the above, even if for five minutes today... right now, in this moment... practice living in the moment by activating this awareness of remembrance through conscious breath... and then, within your mind's eye and your heart's love, enter that moment of the "beautiful conversation, of a beautiful deed done, of a smile of the babe, the blush of a rose, the harmony of a song--a bird's call."
Be aware of breath as the love circulates from the nostrils of the One into and through your temple body, and then, your energy of breath is released as a dove of peace back to the nostrils of the One. And here in this moment, you are one with all, and the heavens enlighten you and you enlighten the heavens!
