Family Prayer

MWL Feb. 19, 2015

Thank you, Father, that we have each other,

and that together we grow in understanding, in love,

in our challenges and in our triumphs,

in our sadness and our joys.

Thank you that we are together

on this journey of endless turns,

of steep hills and narrow valleys,

filled with gushing waters, green pastures,

warm sunsets and glowing mornings.

Keep us together in heart.

Remind us we are never apart

in mind, in soul, nor in love:

That distance nor disposal of our physical bodies

end the steam of our everlasting connection;

And may we we surround each other in prayer,

and with the strength of the bond

that connects our hearts and hands,

may we as a family bring forth our gifts

to others and to Life itself.
