Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
If you reschedule or cancel with
less than 6 hour notice, a $25.00 Late-Notice Fee will be applied.

Refund & Credit Policy
All session fees are non-refundable.
Exception: In cases of active life-death transition, a full session credit will be
issued for the service.
Credit Transfer: You may transfer an unused session as a credit to another designated individual upon written request.
All transferred credits must be used within six (6) months of the original booking date.
