POTPOURRI: Choosing the Path of the Soul During these Times

The dismantling process of which I have spoken for several years is no longer a distant concept—it is unfolding before our eyes. As Mother Earth and each one of us navigates Spiritual Adolescence, all old structures, paradigms, and beliefs are being undone to make way for a new world built on unity and cooperation.

This transition translates from the metaphysical realms into our physical reality through moments of intense global distress, personal anguish and chaos within and without. In these times, each of us is being challenged to make a profound choice: will we continue the cycle that has ruled for thousands of years, or will we finally step up to the plate of our own evolution?

It behooves for each one of us to decide to move out of "fight or flight" and into conscious co-creation. The choice is between the old cycle of projection (age of Pisces) and the new path of "spiritual adolescence”, (Age of Aquarius light configuration). This is what is at stake energetically.

For millennia, the human response to injustice, to what is seen as wrong or preferred, has been to choose a side of the fence and attempt to demolish the opponent with anger, fear, atrocious words and death. I encourage you now to move away from this ancient projection of battle.

compass, I invite you to reach for a higher

morality—a morality of the Heart one that honors the sacredness of all human life. By refraining from demeaning language, regardless of the side of the fence, you preserve your own light. Act with the courage that recognizes the sacredness of all life, that sees the Divine spark even in the midst of conflict, anger and fear. This ensuring that your contribution to the world adds to the peace we wish to see birthed.

Those of us who have worked to manage and acknowledge our internal emotions—particularly anger and fear—have a "heads up" in this moment. We have the opportunity to face this major growth and change with more dedication, strength, and the force to stay on the path. We must refuse to add fire and coal to the burning flames of conflict.

Remember what I shared three years ago:

You cannot stop Love, it will triumph;

you cannot stop Peace, it will conquer;

you cannot stop Joy, it will seize the day.

But for this to manifest, each of us must do our part by choosing the path of higher truth, remembering our unity and refusing to tear another down.

I encourage you to use this moment as a catalyst to fully crack open your heart and begin actively dreaming the New World into being—with a totally different vision rooted in the profound truth shared by Gregg Braden: that we do not weave the web of life, we are merely strands within it, and every act of unity or division we offer to that web, we ultimately offer to ourselves… And to each other.

In this dismantling, we must remember that impeccability with our word is our greatest creative power. As Don Miguel Ruiz teaches, our word is a double-edged sword: we can use it as 'black magic' to cast spells of judgment and division, or we can use it as 'white magic' to create a reality of beauty and love. By choosing words that honor the sacredness of life, we cease the ancient cycle of destruction and begin weaving ourselves back into the web with the integrity of the soul.

And to BE CLEAR, to choose this path is not to remain silent or indifferent to what is plainly wrong; rather, it is a call to speak the truth without venom and to act against injustice without becoming the very darkness we seek to transform. We do not stop standing for what is right—we simply change how we stand, ensuring our strength is fueled by the power of the soul rather than the poison of the ego.
