Tales from Sacred Sessions & Beyond | N° 3 - a senior cat’s sacred passage

The first pet transition session I presided over was for my neighbors and their senior cat. David called me and said he was having a hard time making a decision, unsure if she was ready to go and if it was time to euthanize her, and asked if I could come over for a session. I said yes.

The minute I started to place my hands over her and do my unique style of Medicine Woman work, I saw all who were present from the subtle inner worlds. There were quite a few beings, all men, attending the session with me, all in robes, serious and assessing the situation.

That was one of the many times I received proof of the vast attention given to all life, to each individual sentient being, and that we are never alone. Not a bird, an ant, nor a cat is ever truly alone. There is a consistent behind-the-scenes support and presence. To actually see, feel, and know this truth internally adds a profound new depth and dimension to one's life.

The energy among these guides, myself, the cat, and her human stewards reached a high dose of wonderful peace and love. When I finished the session, I let her caretakers know that yes, she was ready to go. All was well, and preparations for her arrival were already underway in the other world. It brought such relief to my neighbors, and I was delighted to assist them while helping this sweet, long-lived lady make her gentle transition into the next dimension of life.
