Here's a thread of thought for you... move away from fear, hate, disdain, judgment, and impatience and instead entertain the brightness and glowing light of love and its radiant opportunity in every moment.
Now become this love, knowing you cannot become glowing love unless you work your moments and then dissolve and transform the heavier aspects within you.
1st STEP - Aware of breath. Bring the mind into the breath.
2nd STEP - Aware of thoughts, emotions, feelings and physical body.
3rd STEP - Be aware of all these aspects at one time.
These steps are part one of the "Here and the Now " exercise."
