Beef Juice - The Miracle Broth

MWL Jun. 11, 2015

It’s been a long time coming! I’ve received numerous requests and have been eager to share this broth recipe with you, complete with pictures.

What’s beef juice good for? It’s incredibly beneficial for anyone who’s seriously ill, especially those with little appetite or difficulty keeping food down. For individuals whose systems are too weak to digest solid food, beef juice can be a game-changer. It’s particularly helpful for people dealing with severe health issues like cancer, a major flu, or other significant illnesses.

I learned early on how to make beef juice from my family in Colombia. I later discovered that Edgar Cayce, the renowned holistic medicine pioneer, praised beef juice as a tonic for its ease of assimilation and its ability to boost strength and vitality.

I personally use it whenever my body needs a boost, typically every couple of months. It’s also a great option for those who want to reduce their meat consumption while still getting essential protein—something that most of us could benefit from.

Beef Juice Recipe

1. Take 1-1.5 lbs of "eye round steak." Remove as much fat as possible.

2. Dice this into half-inch cubes.

3. Put the meat in a large baby food jar without water (baby food jars do not have lead, thus why we use them).

4. You can add a little bit of salt and cilantro for taste.

5. Place the lid lightly on top of the jar, covering it without sealing it tightly. Do not close or seal the jar.

6. Place the jar into a pot (should be 2-3 inches minimum between the jar and the pot edge), and fill with water about 3/4 toward the top of the jar.

7. Let this low boil for 3 to 4 hours.

8. When the water level in the pot starts to get low, heat additional water in a separate pot until it reaches a rolling boil. Then, carefully add the boiling water to the meat pot.

9. Once cooking is complete, carefully remove the jar from the pot. Open the jar cautiously, as it will be very hot and steamy.

10. Strain the juice into a glass storage container. You may press the meat gently to extract as much juice as possible. Be sure to remove the filmy, brown residue from the edges of the meat—it will come off easily. Add this residue to the bowl to keep.

11. Discard the meat or flesh, as this is not useful anymore.

12. The juice has cooled down, place the juice in the refrigerator. Notice the filmy brown residue at the bottom, you want keep this.

13. When you first remove it from the refrigerator, you’ll notice a layer of fat on top. This can be easily removed if you prefer. However, during my Medicine Woman initiation, my Higher Self guided me to keep the fat, so you may need to determine what’s best for your body. For those who are very weak, it is advisable to remove all the fat. The juice will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

14. It should be taken 2-3 times a day, a tablespoonful at a time, sipped very slowly. You can also enter a healing breath meditation while you are preparing the dose, ingesting it, and swallowing it.

Enjoy!
